Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our technical support team with your order number and detailed photos of the machine to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the equipment securely in its original wooden crate or heavy-duty carton, ensuring all internal stabilizers are in place to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship the unit via a trackable freight service, sharing the tracking details with our team.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our engineers verify the machine's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
